Dr. Gregory Proctor will be leaving Dallas Renal Group as of April 5, 2022. He is currently not accepting new patients at this time.
Current patients will be able to transfer their care to another physician of their choosing and can contact Dallas Renal Group to obtain a copy of their medical records or to set up an appointment with a new nephrologist.
